If I do one of the following in an OP...
[font style="color:#000066;"][ul style="list-style-type:none;"]

  • [b]bold text
  • [b]bold text[b]
  • bold text[b]
  • [/font]This happens with the [b], [i], [u], and [font size="5"] tags if there is no matching [/b], [/i], [/u], or [/font] tag. You can edit this OP to put one or more of those tags at the end of your message text to see that an unclosed html tag will affect the Rec number.

    I think the first time I noticed this issue was when somebody used really big text at the end of their op without a closing font tag and most of the replies to the thread were: Why is the DU Rec number so BIG? You broke DU!
