Why can't I see this picture

1. I don't see it either using Chrome. IE shows it.

3. Yeah, I have adblockers and tracking blockers but they're off and I still don't see it.

And this isn't the first time. Weird!

4. I can see the pic when I use Incognito option of Chrome.

I guess I will use Incognito as my primary browser option

5. I found out why, I downloaded Disconnect.me.

which I saw here on DU the other day, it is blocking only certain pics and vids, not all.
