Why can't I see this picture

I am also having trouble with other pics but I can't remember the thread, could someone post the URL for the pic in this OP so I can see what the address is?

1. I don't see it either using Chrome. IE shows it.

which I saw here on DU the other day, it is blocking only certain pics and vids, not all.
