Hello!Got my intro message after 10th post

I'm a life long Democrat who grew up and currently lives in the midwest,though I've also lived and worked "out west" and in the south,and am a member of a Trade Union.After lurking for some years,I finally registered,primarily for purposes of more easily keeping track of what I've already read through.I'm afraid I have more to learn,than to offer,beyond "drive by" snide remarks,so I suspect my post count won't grow very fast.I'm glad so many others have the time and motivation to post of events I might not otherwise become aware of.At least not as soon.
