Personally, I'd be happy to see Texas secede, and take the rest of the Old Confederacy with it! Let 'em have their white, Christian theocracy, while the rest of us deal with non-Biblical matters like the abysmal state of our education system, the continuing stupidity afflicting far too many of our fellow citizens, and the denial of everything from global warming, to continuing racism, to our lagging behind Bulgaria in science and meth.
