The "POST" button is always below the line and I can't hit it. Must copy and paste link if I really want to.

2. I think it has to do with the font size.

I use larger fonts on DU (everywhere, really) and end up having to hit the TAB key to get it to go down to the Post button. It works. Technically, it makes it go down to Close, but Add Comment is right beside that and you are then able to click that.

What it does is it force the active area to the next portion of the file, which automatically scrolls it up for you. It works for me. That is how I end up having to share stuff from Facebook all of the time. I have the same snafu when hitting that link.
