Ok probably a dumb question...

But I have been a reader of DU going on ten years and a member for over six, and I know how to recommend a thread (duh), but have no idea how to kick one. Is it simply to comment on a thread? Like I said dumb question but I have even googled it and can not figure it out.

Thanks to anyone who can help my confused head.

If by some chance, your post were down the page a bit, my response would kick it back up to the top!

You're welcome!
