Where is this HoF section

I've been told its a certain section within the DU forum, As its referred to frequently i'd like to check out its content but i cant seem to find it..

While you gave a link to the HoF list of topics it wasnt obvious to me where the list of HoF topics originated from so rather than go back to your link everytime i wanted to explore the HoF i thought i'd ask where i could find it in DUs section list not realizing gender/orientation was an actual section.
Sorry for the confusion,its a big place and i'm really old,finding my way around cyberspace doesnt come easy...
As for the rep comment on other forums its usually an icon whereby you can give some one a positive reputation point for a good or helpful post.
