Is there anyone to be notified that someone replied to a thread you commented on?

There must be some way. It is impossible for me to keep on trying to check threads.

If someone posts a comment as a reply to one of your posts, then the "My Posts" tab at the top will turn yellow. You can then click on the "My Posts" tab and follow the links to see the reply.

If other people respond to a thread, but not to your particular post then you will have to check the actual thread to read those responses.
