You can mark "all read" in any group of forum.

(146,218 posts)3. You can't mark a single thread, just a group or forum.
You have two ways of marking. You can mark so that everything that has happened since you mark will show up yellow next time you open it. You can mark so that the last ten responses in every thread show up the next time you visit.
When you "mark as read" the whole forum or group, it will effect all of the threads in the forum or group.

That is different than "marking" a group.
Do you get the difference?
