Does anyone know . . .

Every now and then my oxygen provider will call to tell me that enough time has passed to make me eligible for an upgrade or replacement of equipment. Does anyone know how I'd find out if/when I'm eligible for a replacement lift chair?

Thanks in advance~

CPAP is every 5 years for the machine. Every couple of months for the auxiliary equipment... tubes, mask and stuff.
