"Trap". Decent triller from M. Night Shyamalan

1. I have seen an M. Night Shymalan movie

In that way, I feel like I’ve seen them all. My philistine pig-ignorance may be shining through brightly, but I find his stories formulaic and repetitive.

Just an amusing diversion. But you're right. His films are pretty formulaic.

I tend to lose interest when I quickly sense how it will turn out. I’ll check out this movie, trying to maintain an open mind.

8. Praying with Anger

For everybody saying that all of his films are the same, watch Praying with Anger. It is his first film, I believe. He wrote, stared, and directed it. It is really a good movie. He is really talented, but everybody expects those twist endings from him now.

An alienated, Americanized teenager of East Indian heritage is sent back to India where he discovers not only his roots but a lot about himself.

When I click on the link, it shows "Special Correspondents", "Greenland", etc, but nothing by Mr. Shyamalan???
