Just saw a movie with two guys drinking Schlitz beer!!!!

Devil in a Blue Dress with Denzel Washington Don Cheadle and Jennifer Beals......loved it.....92% tomatoes and 71% popcornmeter. Haven’t seen Schlitz beer in like, forever. It’s still being brewed, but I don’t see it at any of the saloons I visit. Wonder who does??? 🤷‍♀️

1. My Dad used to drink that and Hamm's beer (miss the bear commercials) many many years ago...

Consolidation of the industry makes it tough to find some of these beers but both are still made albeit owned by conglomerates.

I like the many microbrews, but they have also shoved the old ones off the shelves.

2. After reading your post I wondered about

Carling Black Label, it is actually the largest selling beer in South Africa today. PBR still brews Schlitz and Strohs.

3. You can still find it here and there

At least in WI and MN and possibly some other beer belt states....
