Are there any decent new Christmas movies?

All the ones I've so far are pretty lame.

1. Check out "Home for Christmas" (Hjem til Jul) on Netflix, if you don't mind subtitles.

It's quite funny and bawdy. It's about the only Christmas production I've ever enjoyed.

7. Norwegians have a quirky sense of humor

I really enjoyed the show "Norsemen".

It's been dubbed in English.

9. That's too bad. The version I saw was in Norwegian with subtitles.

I hate dubbing - the actors' mouths don't line up with the words and it drives me crazy. And I understand a fair amount of Norwegian, so watching a dubbed version of this series would drive me even crazier.

5. Not new, but maybe overlooked Joyeux Noel.

I forget to think of it as a Christmas movie but from now on I’m going to say it’s my favorite. Great movie about the Christmas Eve truce in WW1
