Did anybody see this thread in LBN?

http://www.democraticunderground.com/1014891367#post2

Hard to know what really went down, and certainly hard to judge based on the limited details. I'm reluctant to judge because I know how skewed family relationships can become when a parent becomes frail, needs caregiving, and there's money involved. Could be a longstanding, simmering feud between the brother and sister; he may not be as "guilty" as this short piece seems to want to paint him.

Thoughts?

ETA: I don't know why I can't seem to copy/paste the link to the first post in that thread!

How sad. If her story is true (and I'm more inclined now to believe that it is, rightly or wrongly), then she's done the right thing. Hopefully this getting into the news will wake him up.

following a hearing Monday morning, issued the protection order." I assume both parties were represented though that may not be the case.
