This is a new group, and hopefully it will be a safe space for people to talk.
The group's statement:
A safe haven to discuss issues and experiences related to disordered eating concerns; including resources, news, and research related to such disorders including, but not limited to, food addictions, anorexia, bulimia, binge eating and compulsive overeating, as well as body image issues.
As someone who has battled with bulimia (and is now suffering the after effects) and various body image issues, it is important to be able to discuss these issues in a safe environment.
