PRDP Group Post: Clinton Foundation efficiency?

Anyone know what percentage of the Clinton Foundation's donations go towards charitable work?

I heard a number that I won't repeat because it's probably not true, so I checked Charity Navigator which has says that they don't fit a normal model, and thus can't be rated:

GuideStar doesn't really have anything.

Admttedly, I know little about nonprofits and accounting. Anyone out there who knows how efficient they are at putting contributions to work compared to other charities?

(This is a PRDP group post. Personal attacks and nastiness will not go well.)

Although it says it has audited reports, I can't find much detail. Though the 990 for the Clinton Health Access Initiative sure shows salaries, wages for Officers and "other" pretty damn high. Not really surprising as most charities pay quite a bit to the people at the top. Hell, girl scout cookie sales pretty much all go to administrators. Frankly, paying anyone over a quarter of a million a year is outrageous in my book. For a charitable organization, it's despicable. I don't care if it's for a Clinton charity or for St.Jude or for god himself (if there were one)
