So how do we go about legalizing in California?

I wonder if we got it on the ballot again if it would pass this time. Talking recreational use, not just medical. Seems like the time is right.

Than many county medical rules at the time. In terms of garden size, number of plants etc.

We need a better bill written this time. I understand there is one in the works for 2016.

Both successful ballot measures were presented in a very respectable, businesslike way. Measure 91 was "smarter approach Oregon".

California has had problems similar to the ones Oregon's previous measure suffered from- competing measures at cross purposes, uninvolved if not actively hostile stakeholders, like some groups of growers, etc.

I think if smart people get on it in CA and make sure everyone is working together, this time it is a fairly done deal.

and just do medical cards period. One visit a year is all you need. They are not
seeing patients for anything else. Your MS Dr. never needs to know.
