Advice please...for knee & hip bone on bone arthritis, CBD capsules or CBD Tinctures

600 mgs of ibuprofen & ben gay twice a day on the knees & hips aren't working. I find myself being non physically active. That is starting a bad cycle. Technically Ohio approved Med MJ in Sept 16. The legislature still hasn't approved any dispensaries yet, they are dragging their feet as slowly as possible.
There is a local place where I can get both, but for joint pain control, where should I start?
Thanks

Only real relief is replacements. Recovery is painful but the result is no pain at all!

And honestly, the 20% my part of Medicare is out of reach $ for at least the next year. Unless the money fsiry shows up eith a big bag of dollars.

I've never really been able to figure out how it works.
