Can we buy ditch weed to smoke on Michigan?

I mean CBO hemp. How cheap? How about hemp cuttings or seeds?

we use to drive down to Newton County Indiana and load up the car. It did grow in the ditch. Tops looked nice, but the buzz only lasted a few minutes. Now I’m wondering if healthy. I like growing stuff. Where do farmers get their seeds?
