Here's what I learned about CBD and my situational anxiety

It works great on the every day anxiety I was experiencing. The impending feeling of doom and anxiety used to be my norm, as were the occasional melt downs. I have had only one or two actual anxiety attacks since I started taking it, about 18 months ago and the middle of the night 'brain spins' are pretty much a thing of the past.

BUT, it does nothing to ease my severe "white coat" anxiety - probably because there's a very legitimate psychological reason for it. So, I'm under medical advice to work on easing my worries and cut back on watching the news (not sure how serious she was about that). I've also been given a Rx for something to take when if I feel an attack coming on, and definitely to take before any medical appointments. I'm also going to start some counseling, next year, to see if I can get past the bad experiences I've had.

Interestingly, the provider I saw didn't discourage taking CBD or THC. She actually encouraged it, since I feel it is a benefit for 'everyday' life. She's actually a proponent of CBD.

I went through 20 years of dealing with one family illness and death after another. Jumping every time the phone rang, spending hours in ERs, hospital rooms and care facilities, and then planning funerals. All while working in an incredibly toxic job situation. I think I got caught in a mental/emotional rut (although I've always had white coat anxiety - some of it tied into what I experienced, personally, and with family members).

As soon as those situations started easing up, trump* came along.

I have a new fantasy that involves finding a nice commune where I can spend the rest of my days in a slightly stoned haze, wandering through nature, listening to music and dancing.

I get it from Lazarus. I've also used Sunsoil, which is made in Vermont. Charlottes Web is also a great company.

If your husband is a veteran, Lazarus offers a great discount. Their site is well worth a look (lazarusnaturals.com.

Right now I'm waiting on an 'introductory special' CBD/THC blend from a company called FiveCBD. The 1500mg bottle contains 60mg of THC so it's pretty mild. I'll be sharing info with that after I try it. Hopefully it will be here on Friday.

anti-anxiety meds least year. Nice not to have that foggy feeling the meds gave me.
I’m going to look into the cbd that was mentioned here.
Also have the white coat anxiety, bp always way up at the docs or dentist.
