What the?

Bernie is trying to create the biggest government in history? Bringing back the era of big government and making it bigger than ever? What was that about?

I wouldn't worry about it because people understand what Bernie is saying. And still, he needs to put this out there now instead of waiting should he win the nomination.

This town hall was intended to put Bernie on the spot. It won't work though because of his honesty in politics. That's the trump card over all of this because he has no ulterior motive.

We have big problems, big ideas and we're a big country. We need a big government.

But I think most Democrats understand that we need big government considering what we face economically (Repub voters as well). I think the question would have more effect if it was in a general election setting instead of a Democratic town hall.

Too much military and surveillance state. Too little safety net, infrastructure support and education/research. We need rebalancing.
