I've been looking around to get a better idea of how things are going in Nevada and found this info about an upcoming grass roots forum in Nevada.
Looks like it will be live streamed and should be interesting to see grassroots response.

A group of grassroots organizations are holding a presidential forum Saturday in Reno featuring Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders and New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker.
Sanders will represent himself while New Jersey Sen. Cory Booker will appear on behalf of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. The Progressive Leadership Alliance of Nevada, Acting in Community Together in Organizing Northern Nevada, the Center for Community Change and KXNV 89.1 FM are hosting the Real Solutions for Real People Summit beginning at 11:45 a.m. Saturday at the University of Nevada, Reno Jot Travis Building on 900 N. The event is already at maximum capacity, but a livestream of the event will be available at http://putfamiliesfirst.org/

(1,021 posts)This looks great. Sad that Clinton had to send a surrogate, but whatever. I'm sure she had her reasons.

And surrogates are doing some big fundraisers in Mexico and England.
On edit: Actually, HRC herself is going to Mexico for a big fundraiser.

(254 posts)Hillary Clinton obviously does not care much for Nevada, which makes you wonder how much she cares for the little guy.

Democratic candidates plan Nevada events ahead of caucus
The battle for New Hampshire was not yet over, but that didn't stop Democratic presidential candidates Tuesday from announcing Nevada events ahead of their Feb. 20 caucus.
Among the events scheduled is a Nevada town hall focusing on the state and the Latino community, sponsored by the Nevada State Democratic Party.
Presidential candidates Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders will participate in the televised event on the evening of Feb. 18. It will be broadcast on Telemundo and MSNBC.
Clinton will also be in Nevada Saturday and Sunday to rally Nevada voters, a campaign official said. Details of the visit were not immediately available.

(12,232 posts)Apparently, Sanders and O'Malley attended one by coalition of organizations in Iowa. Clinton didn't attend or send surrogate to that one. Seems she now realizes she at least needs to send a surrogate.
Attending these grass roots events is very consistent with Sanders' message about building a grass roots revolution.
