I'm just wondering with all the baggage that Hillary has - how she happens to get the endorsements that she gets.

I mean - even Brittany Spears. Come on.....

1. For me, it doesn't matter - there is not one endorsement that could persuade me to abandon

the issues and support Hillary. I figure every endorser may have a different reason - they like her, they expect to get something from her, they are jumping on a bandwagon, political pressure, etc. So while I like it, of course, when someone endorses Bernie - because that's another vote! - I cannot imagine switching support from Bernie to support someone who is in favor of lots of things I hate, just because someone endorsed her. That, IMO, would be inane.

I just was curious with respect to Freeman if he was getting paid and he was just hired to do a commercial for Hillary.

I will however rethink my support of an elected official who endorses a corrupt candidate.

3. Interestingly (since Sanders supporters are

often accused of being Republicans), Spears registered as a Republican in 2001 but isn't known as being politically active. (Heh. No kidding.) I've read that the Clinton tweet has been deleted.

5. After the 9,000 1% endorsement, they kind of lose their impact. It's more for publicity...

for themselves. I feel the same about Bernie's endorsements too...I don't feel endorsements are nearly as effective as they used to be what with social media and all. It is nice to see Bernie endorsements, but that's not what's is causing the momentum.
