North Carolinian Bernie Supporers get in here!

Just in case we've got newcomers or people who just plain didn't know... We've got a North Carolina board on DU!

For those of you Bernie Supporters who aren't sure what to do about the down ticket votes tomorrow, I've written a list of my endorsements for whom I think the Bernie minded voter should probably be voting for.

Note that I'm not telling you who to vote for! I've just been asked by a couple of DUer's now for a second opinion! So I'm giving it. I hope it's helpful!

YOU KNOW YOU'RE VOTING FOR BERNIE... BUT WHO ELSE???? lol

We voted last week and used the INDY guide, except they got it wrong for President! And, man, have the voters given them fits for it! I fully expect to see Bernie's picture on the front page this week. I didn't know we had a NC board on DU!!

But they also endorsed Trump so.. that says a lot...

http://www.indyweek.com/indyweek/your-participation-is-mandatory-the-indys-2016-primary-endorsements/Content?oid=4998377&storyPage=3

I don't care if they think it's funny to endorse Trump because they're doing it out of spite. They say the GOP deserves him. Well yeah, but let's take politics seriously for a second and not fucking put his name up front then.

The Indy was such a great liberal source... But if they were smart, they'd just outright ignore giving Trump fucking headlines. He's got enough headlines.

So again, I don't care if they think they're being cute or funny with that "endorsement". They really shouldn't be joking, considering how seriously fucked up a Trump presidency would be.

But hey they endorsed Hillary even though from what I hear, their board of Editors majorly support Bernie. I don't think they have any sense anymore.

I would not say that Pam ALWAYS picks 'em right, but she is a solid, hardworking Boone-area progressive who does her homework and backs up her endorsements with facts and grounded opinions. I find that even when I disagree with her, I respect her own conclusions and learn something worthwhile from her writings.

And this year, she is a Bernie supporter, so we agree on that!

I am in NC District 11 (western part of the state). I know virtually nothing about the down ticket candidates, but have downloaded a list of races and candidates. I will check out their websites and decide who to support.
