1. I'm not in Illinois

but hypothetically, should he show up, and people start being held back, cleared from the location for 'security' purposes, what does one do to stop him or otherwise halt the oncoming interruption in voting?

2. Call in the press, stage a protest, and put the law front and center on your protest signs

Along with the words Bill is not above the law and needs to let us vote and stop illegally campaigning at polling places.

repeat this in chants and consistently to any press that interview you!
