Bernie's wins you mentioned
CO - 59.0% / 40.4%
MN - 61.7% / 38.3%
KS - 67.7% / 32.3% (The biggest margin outside of VT)
NE - 57.2% / 42.9%
ME - 64.2% / 35.5%
NH - 60.4% / 38.0%
VT - 86.1% / 13.6% (That's not going to happen anywhere else)

Now let's look at Clinton's best margins
GA - 71.3% / 28.2%
LA - 71.1% / 23.2%
SC - 73.5% / 26.0%
AL - 77.8% / 19.2%
MS - 82.6% / 16.5%

If Bernie is going to win, he will have to win some states with those kinds of margins ... and that's just not going to happen. The ONLY state he has won like that is Vermont and that's in his backyard and he's not going to get those kinds of numbers elsewhere.

Why would I acquiesce to evil? What's the point in that?

Yeah, I consider oligarchs, liars, cheaters, exploiters of fellow human beings, polluters and despoilers of the earth, warmongers, phonies, asskissers, narcissists, and sociopaths evil. That means the whole big nasty rightwing/Third Way crowd out there, the ones serving the interests of the 1% at the expense of the 99%.

I'm old, this might be the last chance I will ever get to fight evil. Let my time on earth mean something.

I don't like bad guys. Screw bad guys.

Hell no. I'm not giving up.

Wed Mar 16, 2016, 04:03 AM
Mar 2016

posted a link on her Facebook page to a pro-Hillary article tonight. I read as many of the worshipful comments as I could stomach, and what struck me is that these women (and nearly all were women) are voting for her solely on the basis of gender. Not one comment about policy. They simply don't care where she stands on the issues. They don't care about her ties to Walk Street. They don't care that she's profited mightily from those ties. They don't care that she endorses tracking. They don't care about her Iraq War vote. They don't care about her flip-flops. They don't care that people consider her untrustworthy. They don't care that she's run a dirty campaign and lied her ass off about Bernie. They don't care that she likes Kissinger and the Bushes. They only care that she's a woman.

What they don't get is that her gender is irrelevant. I'm a 63-year-old non asskissing female who iis not about to vote against my own best interests just because the candidate is a woman. We always point out that Republicans vote against their own best interests, and it's disheartening to see so many Democrats do the same damn thing. Then we all have to live with the consequences.

So I plan to vote for Bernie in the primary and will write his name in in the general if I have to. I'm done with third way bullshit, and I'll have a clear conscience knowing I won't be responsible for any of the crap handed to us by whatever right winger ends up in the White House.
