I know last night was tough, but Bernie's not quitting and neither should we. I just finished listening to this press conference the campaign put on over the phone, and there's a lot of encouraging things in there. It's about 40 minutes long so if you have the time and need a pick-me-up then give it a listen. This thing ain't over yet.

(3,533 posts)No more emotional roller coasters that the RW Dem establishment forces upon us with their electoral trickery.
We must overcome this forced disease state of manic depression and know we always have a free positive choice.

(57,936 posts)I am amazed at how ready the members of the press are to reveal their clear bias toward Hillary.
I was also shocked to hear how inarticulate and hazy-minded Andrea Mitchell sounded. Maybe she was just tired, but I wonder how much longer she plans to work as a journalist.
She was born in 1946 and is younger than I am, but her voice sounds not very strong and healthy in that phone call. Maybe she is working too hard. She needs to take care of her health.

(12,228 posts)superior to any of his supporters. WE have to at least make an effort to show we are of sterner stuff than usual. The American people have not changed. We should have, logically, and by fortune and by British power, lost the Revolutionary War. Things went extraordinarily badly and Congress was shit too then. Unless you have something better to do than fighting for what you believe in let's see this one to the end too.
