south and the system here is the system there. Sure the rules apply to everyone the same. If a black person punches a white man, the black man will rot in jail. If a white man punches a black man then no one sees anything.

The same rules apply to everyone equally don't they.

Banned by admin is banned forever.

difficult to type long posts, so I generally just post articles from other sites. I don't think well enough any more to carry on a debate any more. I may not be able to express myself but my brain still knows right from wrong and still thinks it is back in the 60's.

That was a totally arbitrary, partisan hide. Nothing in the TOS prohibits mentioning MannyGoldstein or referring to enforced vacations from posting as "purgatory." In light of Skinner's recent post about removing blatant partisans from jury service, I would alert on the notice of hide.

I didn't know Manny, I am too new here.

As for the Bernmentum, I am confident the pendulum will swing back at least once before the convention. Momentum still matters, math is not the final determining factor, not until all votes are cast.

But I wonder ...

The whole 'disruptive meta' thing reminds me of the humanities vs science clashes in college. Liberal arts v sciences, because poli sci people are not sociology people. This is why politics is constantly riddled with conflict, it's an intersection of the two. That the political scientists claim ownership and expertise of politics in general doesn't help at all. When they win, they only win half. But when they lose, we all lose. Yet they won't step up, they want us to conform instead. Which never works, I don't know why they think it will work this time.

Add that to the whole insider/outsider bullshit they are doing now, which, incidentally, is the very crux of the problem in Washington. That's not even college it's high school, maybe even grammar school.

I'm with you though, on the pro-Bernie train.

This is now considered "disruptive meta". Meanwhile, the following threads were allowed to stand. Like an inverted gravedancing.

http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027691035
http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027689077
http://www.democraticunderground.com/10027690470

So I petitioned the administrators to show some even-handedness. They are "looking into it". With about the same speed and alacrity as their preferred candidate is looking into the release of those transcripts, presumably. No results so far.

So here is what I am going to do: I am going to write some OPs about gay issues. Because I know that Sanders has always been on the right side of history. He cares about these issues as much as I do.

And thus, I hope to lift some of the anger from my mind, and poor it into appreciation of the best Democratic candidate in a very long while.

Senz, earlier today, had a most kind conversation with me about love and understanding. We used Latin phrases. I want you all to know how much I appreciate this group, and especially the kindness and the intellect that you leave here for all to see.

Bernie would be proud of your achievement here. It is bringing people together.

With great love,

Bettie.
