(3,017 posts)The Clinton campaign said Tuesday night after Wisconsin that they were going after Bernie to "disqualify" him, they go after him on Wednesday morning, and Rachel doesn't even acknowledge it.
And now here comes the loyalty oath angle from Rachel. And will Bernie shovel some of his campaign money into the DNC?
Jane did as well as she could but Rachel was a disgrace as always.

(44,024 posts)Jane was prepared, sharp and excellent; she knew how it would go--straight to the News Meat, no background. Cable 'news', tabloid style.

(3,017 posts)But she didn't move off her line of questioning. And she didn't acknowledge that the Clinton campaign initiated this nonsense. She tried to hide behind the Hillary didn't actually say in the exact words that Bernie wasn't qualified to be President.

(39,451 posts)Can twist around. But then again she is Rachel so she'll probably find something to pick apart.
I just have to say I really am impressed with Jane.

(39,451 posts)Campaign should start sending her out instead of them. Can you imagine if it was Jane on CNN the night that Hillary's Destroy Bernie campaign was announced? She may have been able to defuse the Clintons right then and there.

(44,024 posts)Jane also does many appearances apart from Bernie, at schools, etc. and in other states. Busy lady, in much demand which is a great position to be in. Here's Laurence O'D. taking up The Big Story too, another rehash...THIS is what it takes for Bernie to get lotsa coverage. 'The Bomb', it's a Cage Match-- Yippee!!

(44,024 posts)Bernie has said Jane is his soulmate, and it's quite clear. She's been described as 'Sunny Irish' here, such a nice expression.
Bernie lost both parents, his Mom age 46 and Dad around age 57 within several years when he was 23-24 as I was just reading. That experience must have been very difficult esp. for one so young. Fortunately there's Larry his older brother who he's close with.
