The company was accused of "gross negligence, professional negligence and battery for alleged lead poisoning of 50 children in Flint over the last two years."

6. Hard to know why someone who is going to surface a story related to Flint

would not have surfaced it before the Michigan primary, which was very close--and IIRC, Hillary was predicted to win. I am not saying that the story is false, but that bit is puzzling.
