Proud?

So I see the Hillbots are quite Proud of Themselves that They won a couple of Primaries by using Voter Purge Tactics, That tells me a lot about The Hillary Campaign and the morals of the Hillbots, I've Avoided posting on DU or even reading anything more than Doc's toons, But this has become so Disgusting that something needs to be Said, Shame upon those who would Support such Tactics!!!

11. The ancient greeks called it "Hubris"

Hubris (/ˈhjuːbrɪs/, also hybris, from ancient Greek ὕ???? means, in a modern context, extreme pride or self-confidence. In its ancient Greek context, it typically describes violent behavior rather than an attitude. The adjectival form of the noun hubris is "hubristic". Hubris is usually perceived as a characteristic of an individual rather than a group, although the group the offender belongs to may unintentionally suffer consequences from the wrongful act. Hubris often indicates a loss of contact with reality and an overestimation of one's own competence, accomplishments or capabilities.

As one might expect, hubris is not necessarily associated with high self-esteem but with highly fluctuating or variable self-esteem, and a gap between inflated self perception and a more modest reality.

Excessive feelings of hubris have a tendency to create conflict, sometimes terminating close relationships; which has led it to be understood as one of the few emotions with no clear positive or adaptive function (Rhodwalt, et al.).

Hubris is generally considered a sin in world religions.

They "believe" in the democratic party, similarly to a religious person believing in an all-loving God. The idea that The Party could be underhanded or corrupt just doesn't make it past the cranial shield.

Because the Democratic Party is a righteous organization with a strong tradition of populism, of equal justice, of voting rights, of strong working families and a strong middle class.

"They" believe in Third Way Clintonism, and it is a cult of personality. It is classist in nature. When Hillary supporters are swooning over her "elegance" and her "coif" and her "pumps" the translation is a cult of false glamour. And I have to say that it is as mystical as the swooning over George W. Bush was by those in his party.

or as Obama puts it, "Republican Policies from the 80s", is NOT why I joined the Democratic
Party over 50 years ago. I FOUGHT hard AGAINST "Moderate Republican Policies" in the 80s, and I'm not going to timidly start supporting these same policies now.

"The Era of Big Government is OVER"---Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, and paraphrased by Grover Norquist.

I haven't changed. What passes for the Democratic Party today has changed.

Their short-term gain is worth more to them then the long time damage this primary season has done to our elections.
