Just got a phone call from DSCC

and I told the man that I would choose individually which candidates for Senate to support during the primary season.

He was quite pleasant and still asked for a contribution (I have donated before) but I said only after the primaries.

He verified that the DSCC only picks one Democratic candidate during a primary and I told him that is why I won't donate to DSCC during a primary.

3. I got a call the other day from some Democratic organization...

Forget which one. After getting all the blah blah about how bad a Trump presidency would be, I was told that for a simple $50 donation I could help support the party. I told the woman I only support Bernie and hung up. I was not feeling well, or I would have said I support other candidates individually but won't send a penny to the DLC or any other group.

4. I got a "renewal notice" from the DNC

I think I'm going to write a note to let them know I only contribute directly to Bernie and any other individual candidate I choose. No way will Debbie Wasserman-Schultz get anything from me. I've never donated to the DNC so I would love to know how they got my address - maybe Actblue?
