Sanders leads very big in Oregon with 78.35%

In Oregon Bernie will win very big. In agreement with my work the competition is none. Oregon is a Ultra-Liberal state, eight years ago Barack Obama won despite the almost total absence of the African American Community, and this year is confirmed with Bernie.

Sanders can count in Oregon on the vote of a large White Community, on the vote of minorities (in this state are also Ultra-Liberal the Asians and Blacks) and of 100,000 new voters who have registered in the Democratic Party files in recent months.

If in the last days will register tens of thousands of people there could be the gift that everyone wants: the 85%. A miracle.

As I said earlier here Bernie is the majority among both White (75% with a turnout of 72%) is among the Black (60% with a turnout of 60%) than among Asian American and Hispanics (65% with a turnout of 65%). If these rates were to improve – even in this case – there may be grounds for the bang.

The local media (TV) reported some one-off "survey" that supposedly had Bernie running behind Clinton .., a total sample on 91 voters .. Total bullshit.

i KNEW IT was bullshit from the get-go.

Should get to a million or more by the reg deadline of May 23. Biggest surge: young voters (150+% increase). Most registering Democratic. (Independent is tricky in CA. It goes by another name, No Party Preference, or NPP. And you have to ask for a Dem ballot. Most people are avoiding it and just registering Dem if they are indies.)

Dr. Bell is running for governor in Oregon as a Democrat. A bit more here for those that are not familiar with her, and yes, Julian Bell has endorsed Bernie Sanders so if he becomes the new governor soon, he in will be the governor of Oregon endorsing Bernie Sanders.

>>Hi, I'm Julian Bell

I'm running for the office of governor of Oregon as a democrat against Kate Brown. Making progress on climate change will be my first priority and will be a part of everything I do. Our children need this. We need this. I also support Bernie Sanders for the democratic presidential nomination.

We live at a time of great income inequality and economic hardship for ordinary working families. The basic problem is trickle-down economics, which amounts to legalized tax evasion for the rich. That tax money paid our teachers and funded our schools. It is now being used to develop Oregon real estate, raise rents, and put home ownership out of the reach of working families. For most of us, our home is our main asset. If you can't afford to buy a home, the money you would have used to build your family's future is now going to an investor. Partly because of Citizen's United, that same money is also being used to undermine our democracy and push voters out of the political process.

We (the voters, me included) need structural economic changes to fix these problems. The government was intended to be the tool of the voters for fixing this as well as many other problems. The governor provides political leadership for our state. I'm offering leadership that is based on a clear understanding of the challenge of our rapidly changing climate, the need to remake our energy supply and the income inequality that has resulted from trickle down economic policies.

Best of luck to Dr. Julian Bell in the race for governor of Oregon! :thumbusp: #FeelTheBern !!!

Since we're a vote by mail state, we get our ballots early, and have a little time to process them and mail them in or drop them off.

No lines.

My ballot did not arrive when it was supposed to; I had to call the county and have another one sent out. I still dropped it off Thursday morning, ahead of election day. I could have mailed it, but cutting it that close I wanted to be sure, and the library is on my way to work.

I'm hoping for a big win. I haven't read the blog yet.
