From Reddit about the Nevada Mafia convention

I just saw on this guy's live feed somebody on stage make a motion to recount. He was shuffled away, then the chair, Roberta Lange I think her name is, rushed the stage and moved to accept the results as official or something like that. She then did the fastest voice vote I've ever seen in my life - she clearly wanted this to be done - and when she announced her conclusion that it had passed and that the convention was adjourned and she threw the gavel down and ran away. It happened so fast that the crowd didn't know what was happening until it was too late. And she did all that while there was a motion to recount on the floor. Unbelievable.

Thats exactly what happened. She adjourned without adressing the issues brought up. She dropped the gavel/mallet before even hearing the nays. Then the head of security told us all to leave or face trespassing violations.

9. most of these outrageous acts

have been captured on cell phone. Not only that, but they are documented on the internet. You know that someone somewhere will put all of these clips together on one site.

Should Clinton manage to cheat her way into the White House, she will never have legitimacy, ever. There are too many people who oppose her and there is "your lyin' eyes" documentation of cheating.

Should she manage to sleaze her way in, I wonder if I will be in D.C. on Inauguration Day, throwing tomatoes like I was for bush's Inauguration.

Wow, we've just come so far, haven't we?

15. were you by the end of the parade?

when they got out of the car to walk a small part of the parade? That was for the newspapers and pictures the next day.

And of course you know they had to go in the back entrance because the crowd was hot on their tails. You know, that is so undignified and the fact that so few Americans know this just amazes me. When I tell my classes, their mouths just drop. Oh, and I do find a way to tell every single one of them. Educating 25 citizens at a time.

I was in the spot on the street right before they got out to walk. I was in the front and yes, I will admit I was pelting them with tomatoes. Maybe I shouldn't say "admit" --brag might be more appropriate!

When one of mine hit the limo, right behind where I saw Cheney sitting, I got one of the most incredible feelings I've ever had in my life. Maybe it was the intensity of the crowd, but the world started swirling and I had this exciting feeling that I was in the right place at the right time and doing exactly what I should be doing. It was so satisfying. It was sublime. There were colors and swirling and I was transcendent.

So yeah, here we are, all these years later:

our bus got there and we got off the Metro and got through the SS bag check crush.... there was a big crowd already. I recall looking up at the Repug onlookers, drinks in hand, laughing at us in the buildings along the route. I can still see the scene but I don't know where it was precisely. I think Bush & Co. were in the limo but I was too far back - It was loud already but it got louder so that was how I knew.

Then I got distracted by younger people banging on upturned buckets. I love drumming, whatever the "drum" is

THEN I got on the return Metro but going in the wrong direction....I may well have been the last one to get on the bus.
I always bring enough $$ to get home by myself now....

protests (peaceful of course, but massive). Will they be televised? No. Doesn't matter. At least Bernie will have every reason to say: "You broke the rules first" and be free to do what's necessary to stop Trump.
