(1,134 posts)Why not just demand a recount, though? I thought when elections were this close, a candidate can get votes recounted. May differ state to state I guess.

(7,820 posts)Since they basically split the delegates, is the upside of a challenge worth any potential cost/downside.

(7,006 posts)PLEASE challenge KY Bernie because Alison likely "fixed" the numbers for Her. That result was WAY TOO CLOSE with no exit polls. SUSPECT!

(41,600 posts)Again, on live TV, we witnessed election fraud - Bernie LOSING VOTES. Kentucky was stolen just like Massachusetts, Illinois, AZ, MO., ETC...
And it just so happens, Clinton's good buddy, Allison Lundgren Grimes was in charge of vote counting/STEALING in Kentucky.
Someone belongs in PRISON, David Brock, Hillary Clinton and Bill Clinton.
Bernie MUST RECOUNT KENTUCKY.

(3,577 posts)According to a website that describes recount laws in all the states, a candidate or voter who requests a recount in Kentucky must pay the entire cost of the recount. Bernie's team will have to decide whether this is a worthwhile use of campaign funds. It could be quite expensive. Another factor is, according to this website, that a third of ballots in Kentucky are cast on electronic voting machines that cannot be recounted. What is the probability that any malfeasance happened with those votes and can never be proved? Higher than with paper ballots, I would think.
I too feel the temptation to prove whether election fraud occurred here. Maybe Bernie has some information from people on the ground in Kentucky that would indicate a recount is worth doing. We'll have to wait and see.
