Oregon - Gillian county - what's going on?

I'm looking at the Guardian site, and it has Bernie winning with 100% in, but Clinton has more votes - so what's up there? Except for that one district, looks like a clean sweep for Bernie!!!

That's the only Oregon county that Clinton won.
