Hey, wasn't it just a couple of weeks ago they were complaining that Bernie wasn't doing enough to help down-ballot candidates? Jeesh! There's just no pleasing some people!

actually means "complaining that Bernie is not turning over all of his contributions to Debbie Wasserman-DINO so that Debbie can return 1% to Bernie and give the rest of that money to Hillary".
