new TiSA Agreement May "Roll back" ACA, heads up it will also preempt Bernies whole platform

https://news.vice.com/article/wikileaks-says-secretive-trade-agreement-paves-way-to-corporatization-of-public-services?

So, i guess we really will have lost for good soon when its signed. Trade deals are forever. Whats the point of running local candidates when everything is preempted by international law. It looks like it may be signed in June then the President has I think six months to sign it.

Basically public services will be privatized and globalized according to new "Disciplines on Domestic Regulation".

Discussions of the disciplining of domestic regulations process in the existing GATS:

http://www.ictsd.org/downloads/2008/06/dom_reg.pdf (Specifically about regulating domestic regulations in the context of economic development of poorer countries)

No new "state owned enterprises" means no new public education initiatives, no new public health care, no new public water or housing, no public spending preferences which only favor US firms, no more new deal programs, no rules keeping cheap foreign staffing firms out.

You can read the leaked documents at http://www.wikileaks.org/tisa/

I don't know what we are going to do. I really don't. Web sites will definitely be censored nd people will be lobotomized by the fake news everywhere. Americans will be so profoundly unaware of the outside world the borders will have to be closed off, like in North Korea,

Millions of people will probably be in the same situation.

Looks like we have almost lost. Bernie should have been more aggressive in telling people about this. the soft approach wasnt appropriate. now lots of people will probably lose their jobs and never get new ones.

Please try to get carve outs put into these things.

It's giving up American sovereignty to the world's billionaire corporations. Planet Earth Oligarchy. I'm sure they're working on the flag now. Something with Skull & Bones and maybe a Cyclops Pyramid. Just to goad all of us freedom-lovers.

You're trying to make some kind of joke there, but you're unfortunately wrong.

>It's giving up American sovereignty to the world's billionaire corporations.

Thats basically the goal, yes. Democracy they consider to be too unpredictable. Thats what trade deals do

thats their goal. Read up on them.

The rest of your post was gobbledygook.

for a determination. They likely would do that before entering our market.

I wonder if the petition they submitted several years ago to the EU on us having fifty different states would have some impact?

I think it is at http://www.citizen.org/documents/usa.pdf

Even going to the extent of repeatedly pretending to have plans to implement single payer in states that never go anywhere.

These agreements only cover issues of economic importance, not ceremonial functions.

So "Democracy" as its practiced today, in the TV sense, is safe. All the pageant and pomp of the inaugurations and coronations are not endangered. Nor were they in 1994.
