Anyone else remember Larry Agran ?
I watched "Spin" earlier today and it really provides an interesting parallel to the 2016 primaries. Agran was a popular, outsider candidate who got a lot of traction early against bigger names like Jerry Brown.
Agran was a surprisingly progressive, Jewish mayor of an otherwise Reagan-conservative Orange County city of 80,000. Despite rising to 4th or 5th in the early polling Agran was so frozen out by the MSM that he was arrested for showing up at one of the debates.
