Could Pres. Obama be called to testify regarding emails?

Reportedly, 20+ of the classified emails are between HRC and President Obama. It is possible that he could be called to be deposed in the FOIA case (as to delivery and storage methods, not to content).

If Obama extends executive privilege to manner of content and delivery, he eviscerates the FOIA which arose from the Watergate scandal, so that does not sound like a viable legal direction either.

She's dragging him through this. She could still destroy him.

1. I doubt a judge would authorize that, given the fact that

he is not the one whose records were requested under FOIA. But I agree that she can damage him very much. Perhaps deservedly for letting her run a private operation under a US banner.

Given that the case is about the storage and delivery of classified emails, there might be some pertinent info from him.

But yes, the greater problem is his exposure that she has created. How dare she pose as the savior of his legacy after what she has done for her own selfish reasons.
