Bernie Sanders

I have come to decsion.Even if bernie sweeps the westen primarys on june 7 with new rules coming by June 10 I will be leaving
DU untill after election. Now if bernie can preveil at contested convention of course i will be back.after general election we can
be critical of clinton again assuming she manages to get by trump.and some on DU need to stand up for principals that democratic party used to.More likely however some will be able to say see we told you clinton would lose.If that is what happens the real fight begins.Dems since 2013 has had one agenda elect clinton.once she loses then what.they have no plan.
Now i have made my decsion what I am doing If CLinton preveils at contested convention.I am staying home.here In Missouri i am
in congressional district where my vote is useless.both the candiates for governor and senate have endorsed clinton.if you endorsed
clinton over bernie in primary you are dead to me.If we had dems here who remained neutrel i may have voted for them and wrote in bernie for president.they didn't so I stay home.
The republican boogyman doesn't work with me this year after what has happened.Obama ensured this when he and other corporate
dems pushed TPP so hard.My attitude is if during primary you endorsed Clinton then you support her right wing neocon corporist ways. Now since elizabeth warren remained neutrel if clinton loses and then warren runs in 2020 I would be willing to support her
but any other present female senator is dead to me since they all supported Clinton.I will be staying home in 2018 too since
I am done with McCaskill here In Missouri.and i donated to her campagin In 2012.never again.

(5,066 posts)shut up and vote clinton and then just go away while she does what she and the corporists want.that doesn't work for me anymore.
Problem for me is there isn't anyone worth voting for In Missouri.

(6,476 posts)dying and good riddance.
Keep on keeping on...the movement will not stop with this election. If you're feeling alone come on over to Jackpine Radicals, named after a wonderful DUer. You can look his stuff up and regenerate some optimism...no, not the kind that ignores our very real troubles but a sense of perspective.
