Even MSNBC seems to losing faith in their candidate Hillary Clinton. They have actively pushed to make sure she would be the Democratic nominee, yet now even Chuck Todd says Hillary could not even be confirmed as ATTORNEY GENERAL because of her pending indictments. Yet, for some reason they're still scared to say Hillary is lying to us. Pub. June 3.

It's all-too-convenient now, how Trump's ridiculous 24/7 M$M carnival freak show keeps the media whores from never quite finding sufficient time, energy and focus to address the fact that the Dems "presumptive nominee" is under an intense year+long FBI investigation; and how an indictment could fall out of the sky any day now and how this Sword of Damocles will be hanging over her head in perpetuity, until Hillary is either "cleared of any criminal wrongdoing" OR she will be looking directly into the face of a DoJ criminal indictment.
Not being an attorney, I may be off on some of the legal nuances; and I'm sure I'll be "corrected" accordingly,
What I'm not "off" on is the gravity of someone under serious FBI investigation running for President in the first place. Bernie may have sabotaged himself with his dismissive comment about the "damned emails". This whole Clinton email scandal is huge in it's own right; never mind its ties to Clinton Foundation/Saudi arms deal/pay-to-play factors (just to name one of a string of such shady deals), deals that are the subject of Clinton's emails, and hence subject of the investigation.

(3,919 posts)focus and platform on the issues were key to get out - rather than focus on the emails so early in the investigation. otherwise - this entire primary campaign would have been about emails. it is a prority to bernie to speak to the working class and marginalized people on so many issues - to build his base.
he knows the fbi and justice depts will do their job.
trust the process! truth and justice will prevail.
