My 5 1/2 year old granddaughter is in love with Natalie. They have a CD (the one with Earl on it) and she sings every single lyric on the entire CD. she now is trying to learn mandolin. she wants to be Natalie.

Last year it was Frozen, this year it's Dixie Chicks.

That was damn quick!

4. Granddaughters know every single track and lyric to Frozen

But now, they're so much worldly and sophisticated one year later.

Apparently Natalie plays mandolin and I happen to play mandolin myself.

Charlie loves to take mine out and play and sing along to her Dixie Chicks cd. Her fingers are really too tender and hasn't developed callouses yet to work the fretboard, but she's working on it! LOL!
