Why am I getting emails from Hillary for America?

I got an email from President Obama saying that he is endorsing Hillary Clinton. The email Is from Hillary for America. I didn't sign up for the Hillary campaign. I did sign up for President Obama's campaign, so his organization has my email. So president, Obama gave his email database to the Clinton campaign? I don't appreciate that. I don't like my email address being given out without my consent.
