Wow! I'm stunned!

Last Tuesday evening, after the primary results (which I still question) rolled in, I posted some heated and over the top stuff on DU. It was totally out of character for me and I fully expected to be banned for life.

Imagine my shock when I checked DU today and found that after being FFRed, my account has been reinstated! I am absolutely stunned.

Although I have issues with DU, I give the powers that be kudos for giving me a second chance. After what I posted, it was certainly not expected.

In all the years I've been here, I only got two hides, and they were pretty tame. On Tuesday evening I got two, and deserved both of them.

If and when I leave DU, I hope it's with more grace and class than I demonstrated last week. Thanks for your kind words.

8. If you get 2 hides in short order, the system FFRs you but most people

are taken off FFR status as soon as an admin. can review it.

That's supposed to be the norm.
