Please Note, Appreciate Any Info. and Insights. Thanks.

NOTE: Read the excerpt below from The Hill article about the Sanders and Clinton Meeting last night in DC.
Then OPEN the LINK for the lower STAR TRIBUNE article which has a good wrap of Bernie's DC events recently, and have a look particularly at photos I'm unable to copy. Something seems strange but I don't know what. Maybe it's just me.

- "SANDERS STILL IN THE RACE AFTER MEETING WITH CLINTON" The Hill, Tues. June 14.

Bernie Sanders is staying in the Democratic presidential race after meeting with rival Hillary Clinton, the party’s presumptive nominee, for nearly two hours at a Washington, D.C. hotel on Tuesday night. Sanders and Clinton met at the Capital Hilton just blocks from the White House to plot a way forward after the Democratic primary season came to a close on Tuesday. Neither took questions from press after the meeting..
Sanders and his wife Jane went in and out of the front entrance of the hotel, which was lined with cheering onlookers who snapped pictures and yelled out his name. Campaign manager Jeff Weaver also attended the meeting. Clinton went in and out of the back entrance to little fanfare. She was joined by campaign chairman John Podesta and campaign manager Robby Mook. Continued...

selected "search google for image". Google came up with copies of that photo from different news agencies, then I picked one that was easy to copy/paste. Did that for each photo, and there are size choices.

From you and Bvar it seems my two-step process might not be up to speed. Thanks for the info. I'll save and look into. it.

Any thoughts on the OP? Nah, ok.

Hillary looks very tired, and maybe a little carsick....
or like she just received some very bad news.
She appears to be almost in tears,
but that is hard to tell from a single photo from that angle.

Bernie looks like he is ready for a marathon,
or just won one. He does seem triumphant or determined.

Anyway, here are the two photos from the Strib you referenced.

The photos are easy to post.
*Just right click on the photo and select "Copy".

*then open any decent photo editor and click paste.

*The photo will appear in your editor window.

*Then you must click "Save As" and select ***.JPG (important step)

*Upload to a host site

*when the photo appears on your host site, right click on the photo and select
"Copy Image Location"

*Go to you DU post and simply paste this to your post,
and everything else is automatic.
Your photo will appear in the Preview Window,
and in the Post.

and then place, click to paste, voila. I don't use a photo editor or any other features that I'm aware of. Thanks for the info. I'll save and look into it.

and maybe Hillary was tired. Her hair doesn't look like it usually does.

Both parties have to travel around with somber young men in suits which would make me kinda nervous.

Sometimes it's nice just to be a little nobody.

But she might have been feeling kind of awkward to face Bernie. Think about Arizona California Brooklyn New York etc. and you'll understand what I'm trying to say that I can't say on this site.
Put yourself in her shoes for a second (just a second) and think how you would feel in that situation.

faced off against Bernie in the few debates, dunno. And as the longtime inevitable and now 'presumptive' nominee of the establishment, why did she arrive and depart using the back door and avoided or requested no supporters outside. Unlike Sanders group who came in and left out the front door to cheering fans taking photos.

Having a bad day, tired or not feeling well perhaps is what I sense after more thought. She has continuously held only limited, controlled and small public events through the entire campaign, even very limited debate appearances. Clinton's schedule has also been much lighter than Sanders. Whatever, she'll bounce back into form and get her groove back no doubt.

A week ago, triumphant-
