(26,507 posts)That"s how I first came to know Bernie. Loved him ever since. Haven't listened to Hartman lately - was just wondering.

(6,344 posts)and I have not heard Thom mention anything about it. I know he has been active with www.OurRevolution.com and stumping for HRC and being a US Senator.
Maybe after the election he will return.

(11,175 posts)If he had talked about Clinton's "damn emails" he would've gotten more coverage than he did for explaining what was wrong with the TPP. The media still follow the maxim from decades ago that summarized their policy: "The public interest is what interests the public."

(135,425 posts)I think he was in Wisconsin before that.
I think he'll be making more appearances too in the weeks ahead.

(6,344 posts)I miss him being in the running and his positions being the priority of his campaign. I just am very tired of how the election is going. It is trash instead of debate about what really matters.

(135,425 posts)In October, it's pie-tossing time. That's just the nature of the electoral beast. We're down the wire and we all have to push ahead to the finish line, which is why Bernie has been in NH, MI, WI and other places stumping for the HRC-TK ticket, as well as downticket Dems.
The networks may not be giving these appearances lots of play, but they are streaming Bernie Sanders' live appearances on the net, on YT and fb and so on. It's sometimes harder to find this stuff, but the bright spot is NO commercials and no talking heads telling you what they want you to think.
He's going to be in Scranton and Philly on Saturday -- I'll bet if you google around or check around DU someone will slap up a link to the live feed (if history holds, anyway!). Here's a link to a news article about the upcoming event: http://timesleader.com/news/local/594135/bernie-sanders-to-campaign-for-hillary-clinton-katie-mcginty-in-scranton-on-saturday
You'll probably hear a lot of issue-oriented conversation from Clinton at the next Town Hall style debate--though it's hard to know which Donald will show up (the rude one? The nasty one? The sexist? The homophobe? The dog-whistling racist?). Time will tell!
