I don't want to repost NBC's report on #BLM disrupting #Sanders at an event today. But I do want to share my comment on that article:

The MSM likes to report this not because they want to elevate the voice of #BLM or explore the surrounding issues. MSN reports it because it serves their primary mission, to keep people fighting and blaming each other. MSM escalates conflicts like this, not even because conflict is an easy story, but because it keeps us busy. We need to unify and work together to fight entrenched power. That doesn't mean that #BLM doesn't have an important message for #Sanders to hear and for #Sanders2016 to process and absorb. It means that all of us diverse pockets of resistance need to communicate with each other in a way that is mindful of the fact that we must work in concert to create meaningful social change and topple the balance of power.
