Best DU Poll Ever! Reposting to the Bernie Sanders Group

As you all likely know, fellow DUer Logical posted this little DU Poll:

http://www.democraticunderground.com/?com=view_post&forum=1002&pid=6592890

Every now and then I keep checking back and to my astonishment it is still active and the numbers are growing. Ok so maybe I am guilty of telling folks about it too. I've even tried to get 'moonlighting' DU members to come take a look at it, to maybe add their names....so far Brad Friedman, (Bradblog) and Thom Hartmann, (The Thom Hartmann Show) haven't weighed in but I keep hoping.

I suspect there are DUers who would prefer that Logical's Poll fade off into the sunset and be forgotten. Well fading off to the sunrise of the Sanders group should likely prevent that from happening. It is my opinion that this poll can prove quite worthy of citation when debating our position here at DU. I suggest not being mean in regards to our fellow DUers 'across the aisle', as you well know Senator Sanders sets for us the example to follow. I further suggest it's use as a tool, as an inspirational reminder to us all that we are not alone here in 'our' forum....if you click on the tab that says 'show usernames' in that poll you will better appreciate just whose forum this is!

hard money alone. So, if the numbers matter to anyone IRL, they can change.

...but, there is that tab in this poll that allows anyone to see which DUers voted and for whom. Should we for instance get an influx of voters with the bulk going for Hillary Clinton, a simple look as to who these voters are would reveal them as newbies-newbies that one doesn't need to be a conspiracy nut to easily see are anomalous.

OTOH if big money changes actual DUers votes on this list, that will show up too because WE KNOW how we voted, WE KNOW how many of our fellow DUers voted here and seeing our votes altered would be...well let's call it revealing to say the least, scandalous is how I would label it and DU tongues would wag like never before!

It is my opinion that this poll as it is rankles the hell out of a few propagandist shills who operate here at DU. As we know, these types would see the Bernie fervor here dissipate. This poll clearly shows what is in the hearts of the majority who post regularly at DU and that is fully contrary to their wishes. It is my intention to not let them take this away from us. This poll is safe here in the Bernie Sanders Group and I aim to keep it that way.

Had to vote again. But it seemed like it happened a couple times.

I'm probably wrong though.

It's mostly been a reaction to the provocative insults, lying and poo-flinging from suckpuppets (sic) operating from those two weird sites. They (not HRC supporters in general, but just the suckpuppet brigade masquerading as HRC supporters) recognize that Sanders is freakishly popular on DU and consciously or subconsciously knew they should pretend to be Clinton supporters because it stroked their codependent addictions. They became quite adept at provoking Sanders supporters to respond defensively (including me), but we seem to have become wise to their tactics of insult and snobbish childlike responses.

For a while now, polling shows Bernie has as good a chance, or even better, of winning the general election as does Hillary.

Therefore, if a person currently supports Clinton, but Bernie represents their values more so than Hillary, the data shows you can support Bernie in the primary without feeling like you are endangering the party and risking the White House.

It's okay, and probably a strategic move, to vote for Bernie in the primary.

Even if Clinton wins, a person who votes for Bernie in the primary can still vote for Clinton in the general election.

If Sanders wins the primary, again there is no harm, no foul. He has an excellent chance of victory in the GE. We'll have a good President at a time when the country desperately needs a good President.

We might even have a great President.
