(44,024 posts)Pumpkins, Bernie 'fringe' masks, and all. How I miss my old house, a 1924 Sears 4-square renovated and perfect to decorate the front porch with major holiday decorations. We did it up and had people come by for pix- the 'Halloween Shak' as my sister said.
This great Blue Man Bernie 2016 image would make a super Mask, Fan, T-Shirt, Car Logo, Yard Sign. Must find the creator, Bubzer posted it in the BSG pinned link of logos.
So you saw those Bernie cupcakes made for a party in Va., very creative and yum!
And we can't forget the wee ones!

(45,251 posts)The Sears houses were great, btw. Imagine having been able to buy a house out of the Sears catalogue, right along with shoes, diapers, etc.? Ah, the days before roads, cars, malls, etc.
Yes, I saw your cupcake post. Bernie, frosting and Halloween fun. I may be having a moment.

Hold off on those cupcakes, long as you can! They inspired me to bake again, almost!
My fringe black Bernie Tee from Redbubble has received much attention this summer to my surprise. One young woman with her baby originally from Burlington said she wants to order one. Yard sign is also doing well.
That blue painted Berniemobile Tesla car posted around takes the cake!

(45,251 posts)Tees with a generic cut don't look that good on me. The sleeves are too big, the cut is too boxy, etc. So, I got a yooge tote with an image of Bernie that is captioned "Listen to Bernie Sanders." It has long straps that I put on my shoulder so the tote can be seen more easily.
I was so hoping that it would cause someone in Boston or Cambridge to at least shout something to me about Bernie, as with all these great experiences posted here about how well strangers react to Bernie campaign buttons and merchandise. So far, in those two very liberal cities, nothing. I'll keep carrying it, though. I love it.

(44,024 posts)(can't do links on this device). It's a night time pic, but really looks good and colorful in photos taken in daylight. Spiffy!
My T shirt from the Bernie campaign store is excel. quality but I ordered too big (they only had white then) and it hasn't shrunk with washing. The men's shoulder cut does nothing for me either. Oh well, maybe I'll find another.
I love totes and have some great ones but they don't seem to garner much attention anymore. Maybe just me. License plates, T's, bumper stickers and yard signs are always good though. That is surprising that yours haven't got more attention in your area, my Gawd! Bernie's neck of the woods.
Haven't been to Beantown in a while, did a conference in the 90s and visited earlier a few times. Remember the Commons, tea at the Copley Plaza, the Freedom Trail, the Seaport, McCormick ad Schmick's way back, Newbury Street.
Went a couple times in college over winter break with my CT roommate. We did up the town and Cambridge, a real blast.
I never saw snow banks like those in Boston where they'd plowed for parking, and cars doubled parked downtown as the norm. Great fun.
One fall trip we drove up from Boston to Marblehead and Salem, very historic and interesting. And saw Deerfield Village coming back to NY from Woodstock, VT and Cornish, NH. Most pleasant.

(45,251 posts)I know I've seen at least two posts on that subject. Start with searching for OP, then for replies.
Oh, scratch that. Those were campaign leaflets. Call the Secretary of State's office in your state.

As I understand it, October 9, 2015 is the deadline if you want to change your party affiliation; I believe you can register quite a bit later and still vote in the primary, if it is the first time you are registering (and provided you register as a Democrat), or if you are just changing your address, but not your party affiliation.
Not that big a deal, but I just thought I would mention it in case anyone else in NY is doing voter registration. Again, I'm not sure, but people doing voter registration in NY should probably check this detail.
